Terms and conditions

The terms on which Cargofollow is provided. This text is not final.

Last updated: 2026-09-16

This text is a draft. It will be replaced once a lawyer has settled it and until then it is not a binding document.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to use of the Cargofollow service: the API, the console, the signing application and the documentation. A paid subscription is additionally governed by the agreement concluded for it; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.

The sandbox

The sandbox is free and has no time limit, and is meant to be developed against. It carries no availability guarantee, data in test mode may be removed without notice, and a shipment in test mode is never a legally valid consignment note.

What we provide

Cargofollow provides an integration: the service creates electronic consignment notes, arranges signatures and delivery, and maintains the eFTI dataset. Whether a consignment note is legally valid in a given country depends on the regulation there and on the eCMR provider that issues it. Cargofollow provides information about that, not legal advice.

Availability

For paid tiers, the availability commitments in the agreement apply. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Prices

The rates on this website are indicative and do not bind us. What applies is what the agreement says.

Liability

This section is not final and will be drafted by a lawyer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
